I look forward to using your product for many years to come. EDIT: This is my first Google review. I don’t write reviews online but was forced to give Discovery Buildings a five star review under threat of them keeping my deposit. I ordered a carport and sent a picture of my deposit check ($717.60). I informed the salesman, Christian that I didn’t need a permit to erect a building on our property but Carolina Carports told me they wouldn’t put one up without permission from my county so I ordered a building from Affordable Sheds in Melbourne, Florida who wouldn’t require county permission. Discovery Buildings wouldn’t return my deposit. I spoke with the owner, Blake and she said she would give me credit if I bought another building from them, that she would use a different manufacturer that wouldn’t require a permit. I ordered a smaller building. The new deposit was $301.56. They would only give me my final $416.04 if I wrote a five star Google review for them. Before my order, I spoke with Blake and Christian on the phone at length and mentioned my trepidation after reading the negative reviews but she assured me that I would not have problems with her company. I am happy with my building but felt like I was fighting every step of the way to get my deposit money back.![Everett Emery]()
